Day’s Verse:

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning. Great is thy faithfulness.

Lamentations 3:22

This is the Ferguson’s dog. When not looking majestic, she’s barking for food or drolling on her owners’ laps in an attempt to get food.

Katie’s Law of Healthy Alternatives: Healthy foods will always cost more than unhealthy foods. This is a cruel irony because it deters people from buying food that would allow them to live better lives. Surviving on Skippy, Ritz crackers, and Domino’s 2-for-1 pizzas may be cheap but your arteries will hate you forever. Companies sell unhealthy food cheap because it costs less to make and because there is a larger market for it. It is a small group of people who both can afford and are interested in buying healthy food. Thus a cycle develops: low demand for healthy food raises costs thereof; high cost of healthy food eliminates customers, reducing demand. The moral of the story is to buy peanut butter with real peanuts and bread that still has a semblance of grain in it. And much a little celery. It’s not just for rabbits.

In other news, I am swiftly coming to a complete understanding of the brevity in seven weeks.
