The other day I read in the Seattle Times that gas stations were having a serious problem in the increased pricing: the didn’t have enough twos to list on their signs! I found the article amusing and moved on. Then on a walk yesterday Ian and I saw this sign where the 7’s were converted into twos using strategic electrical tape placement. That reminds me of a time in Cross Country when a girl forgot her sports bra and we gave her “support” with pre-wrap and athletic tape. I doubt she forgot her bra again.

As I mentioned in a comment yesterday, I’ve revived Not Quite Newsworthy for a different purpose than before. Since I put a lot of work into the first one every day but nobody ever read it, I’ve decided to make it a single-purpose blog that it won’t bother me if nobody looks at. All I’m going to do with NQN is post pictures of out-of-state/area license plates that Ian and I see on our walks round-and-about. I saw a blog that featured only pictures of some guy’s meals, so I figure: why not? It’s actually kind of interesting, and I have this blog just sitting around.
