It is better to listen to the rebuke of a wise man
Than for one to listen to the song of fools.
I’m going to cut to the chase here. Ian and I have decided that he should accept a job at the IDS branch of Raytheon in Sudbury, MA. That means we’ll be staying in New England much longer than we originally planned; we won’t go back to Washington after we graduate this May. Instead, we’re planning on returning to Washington in four or five years, when we’re ready to have kids; this gives us the advantage of being near my and Ian’s parents, who are most eager to help with their future grandchildren. I will continue looking for science writing jobs in Massachusetts and we’ll try to find an apartment to rent somewhere near Sudbury.
That’s all for now.
