But I have prayed for you, that your faith may not fail…
This is me today. Last night my throat felt sore; all night I lay awake feeling every swallow; today my head and throat have succumbed to endless knifings and hammerings. Nothing alleviates it, but there is one advantage: I have gotten Ian to move our recliner in front of my computer so I need not support myself (my normal chair has no back). I feel rather queenlike, reclining before my computer; or I would, if my head would feel less miserable. I always forget how horrible it is to have a fever of 101°.
Once again I am forced to appreciate staying healthy so much of the time.

So sorry to hear you are sick 🙁 Honey and lemon juice are nice and soothing for a sore throat. (My favorite remedy as a kid.) We are still in Tucson–big flood mess in the house. More details soon.
I hope you feel better soon. Take care 🙂
I just saw that you have some new snow–pretty! And I really love the couple of recent blog photos. . .
