Day’s Verse:
When they came to the place called The Skull, there they crucified Him and the criminals, one on the right and one on the left. But Jesus was saying, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.”

It was now about the sixth hour, and darkness fell ofver the whole land until the ninth hour, because the sun was obscured; and the veil of the temple was torn in two. And Jesus, crying out with a loud voice, said, “Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit.” Having said this, He breathed His last.

Today we got the keys to our new apartment, did a walk-through, and found that it looks just like we hoped. They put new carpet in for us, repainted the walls (managed to also repaint some of the wood and light-switches as well), and it has all these things we talked about for years: dishwasher, washer and dryer, bathtub big enough to soak in… and a small infestation of red mites around one window. Well, no place is perfect. Some creepy centipede-spider things (we call them Riley bugs) have appeared in this apartment, and I am ready to disappear from this place as a result. I will post pictures soon.

Now, off to practice for my MQP presentation on Tuesday. Monday will be a witch of a day: all three classes (an exam in Surveying and paper due in Philosophy), plus Surveying lab make-up that night, and MQP presentation the next day. Ugh.
