Day’s Verse:
In the sixth month, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin’s name was Mary.

When it comes to band-aid removal, are you a gentle, ease-it-off puller or a fierce, teeth-gritted, get-it-over-with ripper?
This is not a purely hypothetical question, as I have recently had to act on one of those courses of action. My arm lacks hair in a rectangular band-aid shape now.
i usually take it off in the shower.
Ooo yeah. The band-aid on my arm didn’t loosen up at all in the shower, true to their claim of “super strong adhesive” or something. Yikes.
One move, right off!
I burn band-aids off.
Sure you do, Darren.
if the shower doesn’t work i use my trusty pocket knife to scrape them carefully off my body. thank heavens for my pocket knife.
I take them off in the bath. Loosen it up under the water… even pull the band-aid off under the water. Hurts less!
I don’t use band-aids. Any wound I get that needs medical attention, I just go to the nearest source of intense heat and cauterize it right then and there.
I haven’t tried this myself, but I bet Goo Gone or other adhesive removers would be a dandy way to get a band-aid off. Leaves your arm smelling citrus-fresh, too. Just be sure your wound is fully closed.
Actually, I haven’t been able to find band-aids down here when I cut myself, so I just have nasty ripped-off avulsions that refuse to fully heal.
