Like the crackling of thorns under the pot, so is the laughter of fools.
This too is meaningless.
A recent study conducted by the University of Marlborough at Avalon Orchards suggests that larger, louder sneezes produce a longer, more satisfying post-sneeze glow. The study, which asked sneezers to rate their satisfaction immediately after a sneeze and an hour after that sneeze, found that people who initially sneezed loudly not only felt high immediate satisfaction, but that satisfaction lasted longer than for small sneezers.
Despite the high satisfaction of a large sneeze, one researcher warned against enlarging sneezes unnecessarily. He noted, “Watch out for those really big sneezes — a strong enough sneeze can cause your retina to detach.”
