Day’?s Verse:
No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

Over the years, Ian and I have slowly developed a list of extravagantly expensive items we hope to own one day. Purchases such as a house fall into a different category, as they aren’t exactly extravagances. Without further ado, the whoa-priced items we dream about:
ITEM / PRICE
- Kohler K-700 Vintage Bath / $4863.70 and up
- Remaining Revel surround sound speakers / Not available
- An HD projector like the Panasonic PT-AE2000U-EC / $3,499.00
- A Pembroke Welsh Corgi, a Cardigan Weslsh Corgi, or a Bernese Mountain Dog / Not available
- McKinnon Furniture Four-Poster bed or Mission-style bed / $2,599 or $2,399
- McKinnon Furniture media cabinet / $1,899 – $3,059
- Montblanc Starwalker Cool Blue / $570.00
Your post got me looking at dog rescue sites which is not a good thing. There are some amazingly cute dalmatians out there that need a home! Sigh. . . I guess I need a granddog. 🙂
i had a corgi and he was the bomb. we got him from a rescue run by the nj corgi club for just about zero dollars and he was totally super. we did miss out on his puppy stage, but then again he came trained. having owned a welsh, cardigans completely freak me out. they have tails, weirrrrrd.
I think I might be able to tell which items came from Ian and which are yours Katie 😀
I like your list! If it were mine, I’d add a Kitchen Aid stand-mixer, and a induction stove-top!
