Living the Dream

Do you ever daydream something, only to discover somebody has already done it? This happened to me when I saw the Ktrak:

Yes, that is a bike with a ski on the front and a huge tread thing on the back. I imagined doing something like that (not seriously), but dismissed it as too complicated. I guess the people at Ktrak would have to disagree, although I honestly cannot imagine a huge market for that kind of thing. I expect that something simpler might do the job just as well.
