And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Please help me raise money for the MS Bike Tour Cape Cod Getaway. Donate today on my MS Participant page.
All you clever observant people have probably noticed I added a blurb up above there. That means that June 27 and 28 I will, once again, ride the Cape Cod Getaway and, once again, I implore you for donations. You can read Ian’s coverage of the 2008 ride here: Day 1 and Day 2; my coverage is here.
This year it’s more personal: One of the members of our church life group may have MS, or something very like MS, and I want to help make a difference for him and for people who, like him, have their lives change at the drop of a hat. One day you’re living normally; the next, everything’s changed forever.
Working at CRL is one way to help fight MS. We support clients who do research on drugs to treat MS, cancer, diabetes, macular degeneration, and a host of other diseases. But once again I’m putting my hard-headed stubborn refusal to stop riding, no matter what, to help fight MS more directly. I know times are economically tight, but I hope that won’t stop you from donating even a little bit. Thank you in advance for donating on my personal page (or mail me a check made out to the National MS Society). I’ll keep you posted on my progress (ha! bike stuff is all you’ll hear about in four months!) as the ride itself approaches.
In closing, a quote to think about:
Pick a sport you feel connected to and let your heart carry you. Athletics is about heart.
