Today is what I’d classify as a quintessential autumn day for the Northeast. “Wait a second,” you may be saying, “Don’t you mean the Northwest?” Nope!
Today reminds me of Massachusetts in the early fall: We got up and it was chilly, but clear. Fog came in for a little bit, and then the sun came out and temperature started rising, although with the warmth came some wind. All the leaves, just starting to change color, are rustling; the Olympics and Cascades loom blue and distant; some high clouds will make for a gorgeous sunset.
