Senior Major Qualifying Project, 3 course equivalent     London, UK     April – September 2005

Created a brand and marketing materials based on branding research conducted earlier for Commonside Community Development Trust, a nonprofit organization that provides learning opportunities and environmental education to deprived people. Analyzed and redesigned the Trust’s web site to broaden its appeal. Designed public relations templates in Microsoft Publisher including poster designs, letterhead, brochures, and business cards. Taught visual design principles to Trust employees.


Junior Interactive Qualifying Project, 3 course equivalent     August – December 2004

Researched the script market for Hollywood scripts adapted from books and interviewed Hollywood script-writers, producers, and marketing experts to determine that the script market value chain progresses from producer through studio to scriptwriter. Recommended aspiring writers network within Hollywood to succeed.

Responsible for re-writing, editing, copy-editing, and formatting high school Chemistry curriculum. Created visual design layout for the final document, with extensive use of Microsoft Word for editing and revising. Copy-edited Chemistry curriculum for voice and English conventions; implemented visual design formatting changes.
