On another note: it snowed all of half an inch last night, necessitating my sister to stay at her boyfriend’s house overnight. But please understand, when I say snow I mean you can hardly tell if there has been a heavy frost or if flakes actually fell. The yard is not covered more than 50%. This morning my mother worried aloud about Ben and Lisa being able to make it to our party this evening, and about the state of the roads all day, refusing to think of driving anywhere – after all, the temperature is to hover around freezing until the afternoon! Ah, Washington drivers.
