Day’s Verse:
You have sown much, but harvest little; you eat, but there is not enough to be satisfied; you drink, but there is not enough to become drunk; you put on clothing, but no one is warm enough; and he who earns, earns wages to put into a purse with holes.
Haggai 1:6

Playing Loaded Questions, we ran across this: What one object do you value the most? Essentially it asks what single object you would save in the case of a fire, assuming your family and pets were safe. What would you answer? The three of us said: computer (me), Big Trip scrapbook (Deborah – they went on a 5-month drive around the US and that scrapbook commemorates the whole thing), and car (Gary – he has a really nice BMW). What does your answer say about what you value? What does my answering “computer” suggest about my priorities?

I’d save my Pooh Bear, because he’s my little security blanket and he’s been everywhere I’ve been since I was 3. He’s acquired a personality all of his own through different things and voices and expressions. I think I’d have some serious therapy to go through if I ever lost him, hehe.
