As the temperature soared to 50° today Ian and I took advantage and perambulated on up to the Bancroft Tower. On the way back we saw this gentleman way up in a tree. I took one picture, and as I zoomed in for this one I heard him, or perhaps his partner on the ground, saying something about my photographing. Yesterday I crawled into bed at 8:15 pm. When I woke up at 7:45 the world felt fresh, clean, and new – until I realized I have a Rhetorical Theory paper on Ways of Seeing due soon. This paper I would be most unwise to put off, as the book has both stymied and frustrated me beyond words.
