As the temperature soared to 50° today Ian and I took advantage and perambulated on up to the Bancroft Tower. On the way back we saw this gentleman way up in a tree. I took one picture, and as I zoomed in for this one I heard him, or perhaps his partner on the ground, saying something about my photographing. Only when I returned home to look at the pictures did I realize that he had smiled for my camera. (Click the picture for a larger view.)
