Yesterday evening between 6:00 and 8:30 I drank two liters of water. The rest of the evening I thought I had slipped into Niagra Falls. I even woke up halfway through the night to pee. Moral of the story? Water works to keep you from eating too many cookies, but afterwards your kidneys and bladder have to work overtime.

Also I drew all over my Nalgene bottle with a permanent pen, and then felt so attached to the drawing I put clear tape over it to preserve it forever. Now everybody who sees it thinks I am nuts and have too much time on my hands because of the intricate nature of my water-bottle doodling.
