Day’?s Verse:
And not only this, but we exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
Romans 5:3-5

Today’s title blossomed fully-formed in my mind as I showered this evening, and I only briefly wondered whether endemic was a word, and if so, if that constituted the correct use thereof. Yes, and yes, by the way.
To do something different, I have decided to write down everything I eat in one day and what time I do it at. This will help dispel my notion that I eat very healthy all the time, a fact I proudly wave at every opportunity. So without further ado, today I ate:
6:10 – 6:15 — Glass of nonfat milk and vitamin
8:55 – 9:15 — 1/2 C. Vermont Morning with nonfat strawberry Yoplait yogurt
10:40 — String cheese
11:05 — Lindt white chocolate ball
12:30 – 1:00 — Spinach salad with cranberries, walnuts, and feta cheese
1:00 — Lindt white chocolate ball
1:45 – 2:05 — Piece of chocolate cake (yay for cake day at work!)
7:35 – 7:50 — Smokey Gouda, two of these: unsalted PB and low-sugar jam on an English muffin, and 3 pieces of a Hershey’s chocolate bar
In other news, I got a paper cut from a manila folder that bled right through the band-aid and left little bloody spots on papers as I touched them. Ouch.
